The hotel is in a fantastic, very central location, making it extremely convenient for reaching all of the city’s main tourist attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were really lovely, clean, and comfortable. The bed in particular was extremely comfortable. However, I am not giving the hotel the highest rating for a few reasons. First of all, being located in the city centre, there was quite a lot of outside noise. Even though earplugs can be used, I still expected better soundproofing for a hotel of this standard. Another issue was the amount of light coming into the room from the windows. Although blackout shades were provided, they did not block the light completely, so the room was still quite bright in the morning. I was also surprised that there was no coffee machine in the room. For a hotel at this price level and with such a high standard, I would have expected this to be included. Finally, daily housekeeping is not guaranteed, which I found disappointing. Again, for a hotel of this category and price, I would have expected the room to be cleaned every day. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location, with very comfortable and well-maintained rooms, but there are a few details that I believe should be improved for a hotel of this level.

Our family stayed here for one night after our cruise. The Paramount is a very comfortable and quiet hotel! The location is excellent (close to Pike Place Market, and there's a great bagel shop right down the street), and all the employees were super friendly. Bonus points for giving us an early check-in that we hadn't even asked for. We were impressed!

The rooms are dated and nothing special, but the on-site service was good during my stay. The location is excellent — walkable to great restaurants and plenty of sightseeing nearby. However, my experience after checkout has been abysmal. The valet service damaged my vehicle, and three months later the hotel has still not resolved the claim. They have refused to provide photographs of my vehicle taken at check-in or check-out, and it takes weeks/month to receive a response to emails. The front desk manager refuses to escalate this issue to anyone. The lack of accountability and unprofessional communication has been extremely disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Hopefully you have no issues with this hotel after checkout, because there is no one there to help.
