Rodeway Inn Hotel

The rooms smell really bad like there is mold in them or something. Also they charged me $100 dollars deposit and never returned it. Don't stay there.

I booked through Hotels.com for my son that was on his way for a deployment to Japan for the Airforce and when my son got there to check in we found out that we booked the wrong month so he booked right at the front desk for that night since he only had a 6 hours before his flight to Japan and was tired, I tried to cancel and explained what happened and was told basically to bad no refund! Thanks for supporting the troops even though you still got your money and actually even more since he still booked the night he was actually there!!!

I had a very bad experience staying at Rodeway Inn in SeaTac. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. The room felt neglected, the sink was broken, no iron in the room, furniture is so old, bedding was terrible, the room STINKs and I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the property, hallway was dirty. The customer service was also disappointing. The staff was not helpful or welcoming when I raised my concerns that i need iron and he said there is only one iron for all the rooms and if he find where it is only then he will gove it to me, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or pleasant stay. I regret booking here and would definitely choose a different hotel next time. Please pay a little more and stay at a better place.
