South Seattle Days Inn

The Hotel staff were great! The hotel its self was sufficient. clean room to sleep in and catch a morning flight. The shuttle service, well I had to drop my family off and drive back to park at the hotel then take an Uber. I booked because it said 24hr shuttle. This site says every 15-20minutes. Arriving we were told hourly 7am-10pm. Our flight boarded at 8:30am. I took my family to the airport returned by 6:40am the request for shuttle was place by the front desk. When the shuttle had not arrived by 7:15 they checked and the shuttle had take a passenger from another motel to the airport and did not come to Fairbridge Inn for me. So I had to get an Uber. Though the staff and hotel were good, I will not stay here because the point was to have a shuttle and in never came.

great experience i could feel the city around me

Parked car there. Contacted front desk from airport asking to be picked up. Staffperson said shuttle would arrive in 15-20 minutes. Waited in designated area. Shuttle drove past us about 15 minutes later. Did not slow or stop. Called back front desk. Staffperson said shuttle did not fun that late. She made a mistake. My mistake was using this place and believing her when she said the shuttle would pick us up.
