DO NOT BOOK HERE! There are so many things wrong with this place, it’s just ridiculous. I’m someone who can handle a few outdated things. But to jeopardize my health with how nasty this place is another thing. My family and I had booked for 2 nights, but only could handle staying for one. (We stayed in the 3 bedroom family suite) Right when we opened the room door, there was a strong cigarette - old smell that lingered. (We booked for a non-smoking room) Lots of appliances were broken, lamps didn’t work and the wall outlets were loose. We even tried to air out the room but the windows didn’t have screens. The closet door handle was missing. And that’s not even the worst part. The bathroom towel rack broke as soon as I hung one towel. And the SHOWER HEAD. Omg!!! What in the world. It had black mold all over it and that was my last straw and I called it quits. The kitchen counters are broken and looked like “peeled” wood. The oven was filthy and also had a ROACH in it. DISGUSTING!!!!! Just please don’t waste your time here. This place needs to be renovated completely OR shut down because a few of us went home sick and my husband even got a stye eye from the dirty pillows. And another side note, not even our dog wanted to sleep on the floors, because how nasty it was. And he’s a well-behaved dog that never sleeps on our bed. So sad. APPLE TREE INN - SPOKANE IS HORRIBLE!!!

This is the sewage system that the Apple Tree Inn has been pumping out onto the lawn behind the east side building for over 3 weeks now. It stinks horribly. A major health concern & violation.
