Days Inn Spokane

This place deserves zero stars. Not only were there. Beetles/bugs of some kind all over the window and curtains, but there were at least 100 dead beetles on the window ledge. Yuck. Not only that, we were charged an extra $20 because we had the audacity to use a couple washcloths to wash WATER-SOLUBLE makeup off. They were then deemed damaged. HAHAHA Did we have any other choice? No. Did they give us makeup washcloths like good hotels do? No. Did they at least give us a disposable cloth? Again, no. If I knew we were going to be charged to use washcloths, I would have brought my own. I will never go here again. Please choose a different hotel!!! Don’t make the same mistake we did. Oh AND the pool and “fitness room” were both closed due to …I have no clue…but it looked as though a huge window was broken out and had been that way for a while. Just fyi.

We needed a place for one night close to the airport and the price was in our budget, so I booked the room. It was after dark when we arrived, and we had ro be up early for a 6 a.m. flight. Check in was easy. The room was small, but clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the heater worked great, the bathroom was clean, the towels were new. Other than a few hotel noises during the night, like people talking and doors closing, our stay was perfect for what we needed. And, the proximity to the airport was easy peasy. Thanks Days Inn.

I travel allot and work at hotels all over, and I was quite surprised at the level of customer service and the hotel over all! The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful and the customer service far exceeded any hotel I've been to. They were very professional and personable and went above and beyond to ensure guests knew that they were the number one priority! Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel was in perfect condition. The interior was beautiful and new, and spottles from head to toe. There rooms were perfect. Everything was new and clean and comfortable, with huge flat screen, USB charging inputs on lamps, comfortable beds, etc.. I was completely blown away by this hotel!!!
