Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vancouver Mall-Portland Area

Stayed here for 1 night for business. It is an older hotel that feels like it’s starting to show it’s age. Pros: Free parking Reliable WIFI Free coffee/hot water offered in dining area 24/7 Cons: Bathroom flush was very weak and would clog easily No movie channels on TV Gym is small and smells dirty Only one, slow elevator. And it makes a loud dinging sound on each stop, so if you are in a room near the elevator, you can hear it from your room Overall hotel feel is old and could use a renovation. Breakfast was free but food did not taste particularly good. Bananas were unripened too (too green to even eat)

Great hotel very comfy. The young gentleman working night audit was extremely helpful kind and overall a good human. We had lost a phone theday before and another stayed in and they did everything possible to find it. They brought it straight to my second room and I was so thankful. Easy to get too from freeway as well and worth the money :) thank you!

Very typical Holiday Inn Express, older budget hotei in good location. Autums leaves in surrounding area were stunning! The breakfast buffet has a good variety or hot and cold food and decent coffee for a budget place. Wifi was ok, a bit weak at times.
