Shilo Inn Suites Salmon Creek

This hotel is so old, that you can smell the last 50 years of all the previous guests! Again, poor customer service.. the bed is harder than the floor!

The room was clean, although the hallways smell weird. We checked in after midnight and the older lady with the short pit bull is hysterical.

We just checked in at 7:30 pm. Got to the room unpacked and started to settle in. Noticed a message light flashing on the phone. No way to see what it may be about because the faceplate was missing with the directions. When I checked in, I was specifically informed that if we were to need anything, dial zero. Tried multiple times and it wasn't picked up on house phone or cell between 7:55 till 8:16. Just gave up! Rooms are very beat up and old. Fridge looked like someone got ticked off and beat on it. Outlets are far and few, so if you have medical devices that require an outlet, beware! One outlet both plugs had no power at all. Not worth the price they are charging! We normally stay less than 2 blocks from this place pay about the same and it is way nicer! Still is a Shilo Inn level motel with the Red Lion name now, so they can appear to be more upscale and charge more! Pictures when I update. Still have another night here!
