The bad reviews that I read on here I was really not sure about staying here. My experience was nothing like there reviews. Walking i to the hotel you could tell it was very clean. The staff was very friendly the room were clean and beds were comfortable, my kids enjoyed the pool. Next time I read the bad reviews keep in mind the people are not truthful, then read the management response. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The pools water was very murky. Not clear at all. Pool was not properly cleaned. Mildew on wall. Unfortunately Manager in charge wasn’t the nicest person. Picture of pool on advertisement page looks nice & clean but it wasn’t. Yes the hotel and pool is older but that doesn’t excuse them from not being clean.

Most horrible experience ever!!! Double charged us and would not refund the extra charge when clearly we checked in. The staff never communicated that a duplicate room was booked for the same night when checking in and will not reverse charge and said that all guests feel they are entitled to everything. Worse service by far and took four phone calls to even try to resolve this in a professional manner. Do not recommend! I would really warn people to check accommodations especially when booking venues in that town as this motel is not used friendly at all.
