The beds were horribly stiff like sleeping on a floor, backs are still hurting 5 days later. The metal frame around the bed extremely loud anytime someone got out of bed and hit there foot on it. Lighting above the bed has a shelf to easily hit your head on. Noise level to the extreme and large gap under the door to your room. The water park has no texture on the floor in the water areas and is slippery and smooth as butter. My kids kept slipping and falling. Life guards were no where to be found. We were going to stay all day on the last day but checked out early. At $250 a night it wasn't worth the headache. They could not pay me to stay here ever again.

We are at City Eats. The food was great but more so our waitress Lili was exceptional and professional and courteous! Shout out to our server Lili!!

Metropolis Resort recently changed their daily pass options. There is 1 daily pass option which is way more expensive than the 2-3 hour passes were in 2024. In addition, the lack of time constraints means that crowd control was awful. So congested and had to wait in line for arcade games. The 2-3 hour passes made way more sense.
