Motel 6 Green Bay, WI

Worst hotel experience ever! We had 6 rooms booked for a concert at Lambeau Field. Hotel stated they “tried to call me all day” to let me know my credit card declined and they cancelled 3 of my 6 rooms. Of course I was upset and frustrated, they held my last 3 rooms under extortion that I had to pay NOW or they would also give those away. We arrived at the hotel, no evidence of a call on my phone and credit card stated they had no declined charges. Once we arrived, this hotel should not even be safe to be open! Filthy lobby, a gentleman came in and said it was so gross his wife refused to stay there! Then, the guy at the desk told me I was rude and cancelled my last 3 rooms!! In the end, we dodged a gross bullet. Thankfully we were able to get a few rooms at a different hotel and just needed to double up. The health department should be called on this place….right before he canceled our last rooms he offered us a king room without a bathroom???? They prey on people being desperate for hotel for games or events at Lambeau Field…be warned they will cancel you for a higher price day of.

If u come to stay for long periods for long term and any thing happens to not work correctly or just break down every thing they do happen to replace it is all brand and I mean brand brand new plastic still on it every thing, our air conditioner wasn't working or blowing out any cold air and they replaced it with a whole brand new one it works so good and now our dog isn't hot no more, and we got a fridge and microwave we asked and with no questions asked without even charging extra for the fridge and actual freezer that actually freezes even ice cream and a brand new microwave so I do advise u if ur looking for a good motel to stay at for long term come stay at motel6 Ramada way the workers here are so sweet nice and they care for there guests here, and if u get room without a micfridge room just ask and u will get both brand new and anything else they will go ahead and take care of u ASAP
