HOWARD JOHNSON INN LA CROSSE/I-90

Most accommodating staff and people. Located in a perfect place price was great for the convenience. Rooms cozy and large. Comfy pillows and beds great tv options and great brekafast options. I will definitely book here again as they were so accommodating

Stopped here as it was getting late, and my husband and I were very tired. We were told to park toward the back and take that entrance. The parking lot had a lot of trash and beer cans. Was dark and did not feel safe, so moved car to front. The carpet in the hallway was filthy and the odor was unbearable. The room was barely clean. The mattress pad was plastic and it squeaked when you rolled over. Also felt unsafe in the room so we put a chair in front of the door. We were foolish not to have left when we first smelled the hallway and saw the room. Only positive thing is the front desk lady was pleasant when checking in and out.

We come here when we have time off! We absolutely love this hotel, the staff are incredible! Annette is awesome at skiing her job. We love her!! Don’t ever let Annette or any of her staff go. And speaking of staff, Scott is absolutely great! Thank you Kim
