Sleep Inn

The hotel is extremely dated and has this unusually weird smell. There was someone sleeping on the couch in the lobby as the indentation of the cushions was so deep. The condition of the hotel is not of someone proud to have/own this establishment. People were outside hanging by the two exits. The host was rude and had an attitude and the room was paid with a business account and they cover everything all the time. No additional payment is required! The check in experience was so terrible that I refused the room and drove to Wausau to stay at the best western. The best western is clean and lighted and don’t look like a 1970’s grandmas house living with 20 cats.

The team that worked there was awesome! The guy that worked up front during the days was amazing! Helped us out every chance he could. The room was cozy, quiet and stay was perfect for us. Had to go to a funeral nearby so it was convenient and priced really well, even with bringing our dog. Our kid loved playing in the pool. And the waffles in the morning are so delicious!!! We’ll be back when coming back that way. Thanks for a great stay! Couple downfalls - morning juice machine was really watered down juice. Same with coffee machine. However, there are two gas stations across the street you can grab coffee at. Found clothes in drawer from previous guests.

The staff is professional and accommodating. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows! We slept through the night because it was a quiet hotel. Breakfast was great, coffee delicious. Breakfast area was kept very tidy. Thank you for a comfortable and safe place to stay!
