Hawthorn Suites Oshkosh

Rooms, pool, lounge/breakfast area are really nice but check in was a nightmare! Incompetent staff and computer systems. Booked 30+ rooms for group wedding block and had guests turned away that had prepaid reservations, rooms not ready at 3 pm checkin, some rooms double booked.

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and extremely spacious. Much more than I expected for less than $100 a night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage and everybody’s favorite waffles. The location was extremely convenient with a quick trip and Walmart just up the road and very close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms friendly staff and good prices. The beds are comfortable and the handicapped room is perfect for me
