Chippewa Hotel & Suites

Very clean, quiet nice pool and friendly management. Would stay there again. Lots to do and see in the are. We went to the Dells Christmas show

When I first drove in to the property I thought, "what did I bring my grandchildren to?" No effort to make the outside look appealing or attractive. Stairwells to get to the second floors were dark, dismal and the steps are so narrow that many times you felt like you were going to fall. The walkways to the room obviously had carpet or something at one time but no effort to make them look more presentable. Exterior pictures on the website look so much different than what you actually get on the outside. I don't believe the picture of the outdoor pool is the one opened when we got here. Now, the room was clean and was the redeeming value of this motel (not hotel and suites). For $216 for the night, it certainly was not a good value for the price. No arcades as pictured. Not sure what camera lens used but check in desk area is much smaller than pictured and again not very inviting. Woman who checked us in was very friendly but a little hard to understand at times. After this one stop, I would probably not stay here again.

Was in town working a soccer tournament. The interior of this room was well maintained and everything was very clean and in working order. Check-in was easy and friendly. The pillows were a little hard, but beyond that no complaints. Motel is located on a main street and not too far away from restaurants, etc. No issues or problems with noise or safety. I would have no worries about staying at this location again.
