Do not ever stay here. Rooms are not as depicted online. Checked in, and immediately informed them that the room was not acceptable. Room was dirty, stains all over the bed, and smelt of ammonia. They said that they would issue us a refund, and three weeks later still nothing. Keep telling me that it is my bank not processing the refund. This is 2026, stating a refund can take up to 30 days? Please. Fortunately we have an email confirming that we cancelled this stay and they don't have a leg to stand on when we file our complaint with our credit card company. Crappy motel doing shady business.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Rose Inn. We stayed in the motel section, but there are several charming houses also on the property offering various options for B&B type stays, or entire families or groups. The motel has been renovated and the room was very comfortable, if a bit small, and super clean. It’s not fancy like some of the big-name resorts; consequently, it’s also very reasonably priced. It has a spectacular view from the breakfast room & it was such a pleasant way to start the day. It’s just a block off the main drag but an oasis in the midst of chaos. It’s adjacent to Jenkins Park, the River Walk and only a short jaunt across the street to the Upper Dells boat dock The staff is friendly and helpful & I would highly recommend this establishment.

The pictures that you see online are not the rooms that you get and they are not available. The actual rooms are in an old motel outback filthy dirty. We left after one night. phone number for the hotel is not even in service and Office is locked and no one available most of the time.
