HOLIDAY INN

Disappointing! Although it was the middle of CFD, they had only one clerk at check-in, so we stood in line for 30 minutes! Breakfast was disgusting! My high school cafeteria was nicer! The plastic bags of bread and bagels were just thrown onto a table; crumbs everywhere. Finally, the hotel is feet from the highway, so that you hear trucks all night! I cannot recommend!

Could not get checked in until 6pm. Was there at 3pm waiting to check in. They said the rooms had not been cleaned yet. Also bathroom had no shampoo, bath gel, or conditioner.

Unfortunately I would like to rate this place higher but confused customer service and a terrible breakfast prevent me from doing so. The room was very nice and comfortable, no complaints. Main problem was upon checking in asked for a non-connection room because those doors have no insulation and I can hear everything in the next room. Of course we get up to the fifth floor and our room had a connecting door. So went back down changed rooms all settled in and the TV remote, all dirty and sticky did not work, another trip downstairs and got a clean operable remote. All else was fine until breakfast; just skip it and walk over to Burger King.
