Holiday Inn Cheyenne

Unfortunately I would like to rate this place higher but confused customer service and a terrible breakfast prevent me from doing so. The room was very nice and comfortable, no complaints. Main problem was upon checking in asked for a non-connection room because those doors have no insulation and I can hear everything in the next room. Of course we get up to the fifth floor and our room had a connecting door. So went back down changed rooms all settled in and the TV remote, all dirty and sticky did not work, another trip downstairs and got a clean operable remote. All else was fine until breakfast; just skip it and walk over to Burger King.

Pre booked for two nights. Rooms not very clean, staff seemed very uninterested in helping guests. The first staff member we met when checking in was too busy huddled against a heater, asked if we could check in early, answer being no rooms available until 3, she did not even look at the computer to check rooms available. Weekend breakfast only from 7 to 9am. Breakfast area was dirty, did not see any staff coming in to restock or clean while we where there. Location is close to town & highway. Reverse cycle air conditioner noisy. Beds where comfy

Ryan at the front desk went above and beyond all of my expectations. I had trouble with my booking not showing up within the system and Ryan worked so hard to get me squared away. Not only was he extremely helpful to me another gentleman walked up and Ryan was helping him while on hold with their service provider for me. Talk about a five star employee!
