This is a motel not a resort. I have never stayed at such a tiny room. No space at all for suitcases, clothes, etc. The shower is ridiculous. The cloth shower curtain (that’s gross) with weird shower head is a joke! The floor of the shower which is cheap stained plastic-isn’t big enough to shave your legs! It gets water all over the floor. The bathroom sink isn’t big enough to store a toothbrush on much less makeup or toiletries. The kitchenette is barely big enough to turn around in. The pool was closed for chemical issues. The maid service was still working on our room after check in.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Do not stay! We arrived around 11 PM, went straight to sleep, woke up before sunrise, came back to grab our belongings, and checked out. We spent barely any time in the room, yet were later charged a $500 smoking fee. When I first called, I politely explained to the staff member that neither my husband nor I smoke cigarettes. We have never smoked in our lives. She later called me back and said the issue was actually the smell of marijuana in the room. That accusation was even more shocking because we do not smoke marijuana either. The entire situation makes no sense. The rooms are all located right next to each other with outdoor entrances, so odors from neighboring rooms or people passing by could easily travel. Yet somehow we were the ones charged $500 without any proof beyond an alleged smell. What makes this even more frustrating is that if we were going to spend this kind of money and deal with this kind of hassle, we would have stayed at one of the much nicer hotels in town for $1,000. Instead, we chose this property thinking we were saving money, only to be hit with an outrageous charge after a stay that lasted only a few hours. On top of that, the property itself felt more like a run-down motel than a quality hotel. The room was nothing special, the experience was disappointing, and the handling of this situation has been even worse. Being charged $500 for something we did not do completely ruined our trip. Future guests should document the condition of their room upon arrival and departure and carefully review any charges after checkout. We will not be returning.

We had booked a room in April and not only was that type of room no longer available, they didn’t have any room for us available. The management of this company is yet did nothing to help fix the problem they created besides telling us to wait and then not actually showing up and we had to take action on our own. We were not the only people that were screwed out of a room and there was no justification for why this happened beside poor management. Do not reserve a room here because you will probably not get one and have to go find another place
