TERRA JACKSON HOLE

We stayed with our young daughters and while the location was excellent and the room was beautiful, the service was underwhelming. Our check in process was clunky and the pool area was a mess when we went in the morning, like it hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. The staff was not overly friendly. For what you pay for a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected better upkeep and service.

Hotel Terra Jackson Hole provided a top-tier experience for our couple's getaway with an incredible spa, well-kept room and amenities, and an overall atmosphere of mountain relaxation and activity against a gorgeous backdrop. My friend and I (celebrating our 40th birthdays) enjoyed a luxurious day at the Hotel Terra Spa, which featured unique amenities, standout spa therapists (shout out to Tamara!) and a manager who went above and beyond to make our experience personalized and special. Highy recommend!

Great ambience, charming hotel, helpful staff— nice spa too! The hotel has a great location to easily access restaurants and the gondola/trams. We used this as a base for several hikes too.
