Great place to stay inside Yellowstone, close to general store, places to eat, and easy to drive to park sites.

The lodge is well kept and is basically a mid level motel. The service was great. The cost for what you get is outrageous, but that's what you have to do in the Yellowstone to Jackson area if you want to stay in a bed and are not able to camp.

Positives are friendly and helpful staff in every place we visited in the village Negatives are it is outrageously over priced for what you are getting. We knew there was no tv or A/C, we didn’t know there was absolutely no airflow in the room except for a tiny fan. We stayed two nights and would have cancelled the first night if we could have gotten our money back. The dining room is extremely overpriced, as is most everything in park, however, we had a disappointing dinner the first night, but thought we’d try it for breakfast the next morning, again, extremely overpriced for mediocre food. I suggest the grill inside the general store. Still extremely overpriced but the food is much better.
