The reservation was cancelled two days before check-in, without giving any explanation. The reserve is in Punta del Este, a spa that is in high demand and there are few places available at this point. Total lack of professionalism.

A real nightmare with happy ending, I had reservation by Booking for 2 nights with charge in the establishment upon arrival, and when you enter you can see that something happens in the hotel, charge me at check in and I was assigned room, the elevator had a level of at least 5 cm, the buttons of the broken floors, when we arrived at the room the broken mirror, the rickety bed, a pillow per person the thickness of a block of leaves, the dirty bathroom and with a single towel, when ordering more (it was 7 pm approx ) answer that they could not deliver at that time because they were wet, before that panorama we decided to leave even if we did not return the money, however when demanding it they made the return accepting that the establishment was not in condition.
