Palladium Business Hotel

Excellent service. The breakfasts are very complete. The lunches are of very good quality and presentation. The gym, although small, has what is necessary.

I am a recurring customer and I am satisfied with the hotel service, but there are 2 specific things I would like to see improved: 1. The height of the shower: it is not suitable for a tall person. I understand that this height was calculated without considering the bathtub, but I believe it is solvable. By changing the pipe that feeds the shower from 45° to one of 90°, almost 10cm more of free space can be gained. 2. The toilet seat: on one hand, it is very rigid, making it really uncomfortable to sit on, and on the other hand, since it is not the original toilet seat, it creates 2 problems: the bathroom door does not open completely and the opening of the seat is smaller than it should be. I believe that improving these 2 aspects that significantly affect the experience of the stay will make the hotel more recommendable. Thank you in advance.
