I think they changed Administration, the super low service, the very poor restaurant service, areas like the lobby, the main entrance, the very dirty pool, even the Elevator, my two nights stayed, the Elevator with papers inside and the dirty floor; we are frequent customers, so we mentioned that we think there is another administration, it is not the same Hotel where we like to arrive in Punto Fijo.
At the restaurant, we had to stop and ourselves to get the glasses for water, in the same way another guest did, we talked to the guy who was in the restaurant, actually, bad service to be 5 stars 💫
