Apparently the air con works but it is like a sauna in the room. The pool shuts at 6pm when the sun is still out, never put this on their page for anyone to see. The food is beyond awful, it is all very cold although we went just as it opened, it was like it had been sitting all day. Also very noise but what else do you expect for staying beside the strip.

I don't know but it was really nice when I arrived, the staff, the pool area, the restaurant, really nice... but sadly the rooms were a disaster! Lots of humidity, heavy mustiness, no A/C forget about a nice cold room, lots of mold on furniture's, I just couldn't breath, the sheets were moist. This problem covers the whole hotel facilities except the restaurant. It's really sad and the staff couldn't do anything. The restaurant was nice and food average, not bad. For our own safety and health I don't recommend this hotel at all unless the solve this issue.

10 days of disappointment over disappointment. From 29th November to 9th December 2016. No hot water! no internet! And the worst, no air conditioning! They lie a lot telling they are fixing just to keep you there. They removed ALL the bathtub drain stopper, just because they don't want you seeing the color of the water. At the end, the most dishonest and unbelievable behavior from the manager and of course supported by the owners (one from Lebanon the other from Venezuela), they refused to issue my receipt.
