The towels and sheets had horrible stains, there was no shampoo or conditioner, and when they asked for it they had to go somewhere else to buy, only shampoo. the terrible reception at the reception, the terrible organization, and not to mention the New Year's Eve meal that they offered in the already paid package, or rather, the lack of options and the taste of those that were available. The penthouse room left a lot to be desired, and as soon as we checked out where they told us we could continue on the awning, the beach workers told us that we had to leave. lack of staff, terrible organization and there were not even towels for the beach. The wifi did not reach any place other than the reception. I would never go again, I don't recommend it either.

Excellent location in front of the beach, the room is very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea, it is advisable to request a superior room with sea view, wifi, hot water. Very good breakfasts, excellent service, we liked it a lot!

The hotel is good The rooms are good but without cable. You know something always happens. But since the Wi-Fi works well, you can watch Netflix and other platforms on your tablet or cell phone. The food is not a buffet but there are restaurants in the area that are good and not very expensive. The breakfasts are normal but the portions are small. But there are several empanaderas in the area and they are delicious. And finally the attention of the staff is excellent.
