Stayed here on and off over a few weeks. The housekeeping and event staff were so lovely. Stayed in various rooms each time we stayed. The rooms do vary. And I would recommend the suites. We had rooms overlooking the mountain and the view was lovely. Breakfast was rather nice and use of the sports centre (between specified times) was included. Security is good and I felt very safe there. It is a hotel with character. Yes, it is not the most modern hotel (this is part of it's charm), and yes some parts could benefit from a lick of paint, but given the current situation this is understandable. It was very quiet while we were there. They had an event one night, but we could not hear this in our room.

Great for people who never want to sleep while they stay in the hotel, it went from being a hotel that publicized itself as the most peaceful site in the city to one of the noisiest and most irrespectful of all. It guarantees loud music in the open air until 3 or 4 in the morning, and afterwards from 8 am onwards there will be even louder music from gyms and outdoor events. Not to mention the concerts by a pack of dying cats randomly during the week, and the drunkards and junkies screaming throughout the night in any section of the hotel they can get into... Overall, not the place you want to stay in for a good rest.

A very pleasant location on the hill side above the city away from the traffic. Very good value for money. Rooms adequately furnished. Breakfast average quality and a good selection of dishes for Venezuela on the general menu. Staff always helpful and polite.
