I was delighted with the rooms, the bed was very comfortable and I would like to highlight the treatment I received from Melissa and Kiara who were very attentive, pleasant, and perfectionists, the staff gets a 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it

Gran Meliá Caracas is our home away from home. We are always treated like family when we stay there. The rooms are elegant and very comfortable and clean. All staff are very friendly, profesional and helpful. They always go out of their way to assist you with any needs. The breakfast served in the restaurant is superb with lots of delicious selections and the staff are very hospitable.A big THANK YOU to Manager Kiara and all the front desk staff. You made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Can’t wait to back again.
