Small rooms. The items set up in the room are not complete. Worst of all, the TV in the room also can't work but the staff doesn't inform the guests in advance when we check-in.The kettle is also missing and not set up. After the phone came to the front desk, they announced that they were under maintenance and repair, so they forgot that.

Best hotel in Da Nang city, Viet Nam. I’m very excited about this trip, thank you for services, staffs, food and drinks. Hope to come back and stay against. Nice and friendly. Nearly beaches , national park, famous places to visit.

Friendly staff but unfortunately not everyone understands english and aren‘t helpful to organize trips like to Hoi An, as they do not know about the different options. They don‘t prepare/check the room properly for checkin. First evidence: We needed to change the room twice. First time the room had small ants on the table and the windows had been left open and it was raining outside, so a lot of water came in. Second time the toilet was not clean and the staff needed to come up to clean it, with a towel (!) and some toilet cleaning spray. It seemed that the shower glass was never cleaned properly. The pictures are good looking in comparison with the real room. Second evidence: At checkout they wanted to make us pay for an instant noodle soup from the minibar, which has never been there when we checked in. Poor breakfast and the restaurant seemed not to be clean. First time in my life I skip a free breakfast!
