Stayed for 5days out of 7days Room and bathroom were clean but dated. No mold smell No bugs No extra pillows available. Internet not strong or consistent for work. No black out curtains. The best part of this budget hotel is the location and young lady at the front desk.

I ended up staying here for about 11 days because I loved it so much and the views from the balcony. I booked the apartment with a balcony and recommend it. The location is fine near the awesome night market, the river and the dragon bridge. The view is great for the sunsets. The staff were all friendly and the room was spotless and cleaned daily. I will happily stay again next time. If they put utensils in the kitchen to cook it would be even better!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel staff were great, location was perfect close to shops, and night market the view from the roof top is spectacular we were fortunate enough to be there while they had the world Fireworks Event which is held around June, everything was as described except there was no rooftop restaurant as advertised but that was no biggy for us the food choices around the hotel were amazing. We are returning to Vietnam this month and will be booking here again.
