Pretentious hotel whose service is far inferior to its flashy side: view of nothing, pool inaccessible because it is not maintained, mediocre breakfast

Georgie1836

Pictures do not reflect reality. The pool was smaller dirty and not worth using and that was the main reason why we booked. The breakfast selection was horrific. We had to eat out. when we asked for spare pillows, they said they’d have to check but they may not have it. This is a hotel. We should expect them to have spare pillows if guests would like two pillows instead of one. only one bed socket which is not enough when there’s two people staying in a room. The only thing that’s good is the staff are very friendly.

The number in the picture in the booking is significantly different live)))) dirty, very much stinks, all old. Cleaning is bad. Surface floors, sink. We've been living for five days, and the bed hasn't been changed, even though we asked. Rooms are stuffy, air conditioning barely working. Breakfast for us, travelers from Kazakhstan did not like it at all. We bought the tour, so everyone would have quit and changed hotel already. The only thing is the location is good. The sea is 5-7 minutes on foot. There's a massage and a cafe nearby. Whoever gets bored with the local cuisine, right across the street opens Uzbechka, tomorrow we'll just have lunch there. No pool recommended. We looked and left. Anyway, who's cheap to sleep over and that's it. Kids are not an option at all. For more than a day, especially
