If I could rate this hotel less than 1 star i would. We arrived around 5:45am (24 hour reception) to the lights off and a faint alarm. After trying to find someone who worked there even just so we could leave our bags in a safe space, we noticed that the receptionist was asleep on the floor behind the desk! Once we did manage to wake him, he had dribble across his face and wasn't helpful at all. In the time we were waiting we thought we would check out the pool facilities. Glad that we did and this looked nothing like the photos when we booked. It was dated, broken chairs, floor and umbrellas with rubbish on the sunbeds and the pool full of flies. We decided after all of this to not even risk checking in and seeing the horror of the rooms so cancelled our booking and went elsewhere. All in all, do not book this hotel!!!

A very comfortable hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. Every one was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and rate cheap. and swimming pool was good .Had to swap rooms as air-con not working few other minor problems but staff really good especially one member of staff called Hong
