After 4 years in Viet Nam this has been my worst experience yet. Avoid this place and the people that work there.
I popped in here looking to rent a motorbike. The place around the corner quoted me 120k for a motorbike but this place wanted 200k for a laughable piece of garbage. I tried leaving for the cheaper one and they finally agreed to also give it to me for 120k. I only accepted because so much time had past that I was rushed. When it came time to pay they had pushed the price back up to 150k so I had to try and leave again. So they agree to 120k but I had to pay 500k upfront. They asked for my ID only to make a copy and then they left and never came back making me wait... and wait... and wait. I went back 4x for my ID since I am required by VN law to always have ID.
But that wasnt the biggest problem The biggest problem is they gave me a bike with enough gas to travel a few metres before running out of gas. I filled it up and then it literally broke down. I pushed this bike more than I rode it. I returned it to them several times and everytime they just asked me to come back later, they were busy or bla bla. They didnt care, as long as they already had the money. I had to stage a sit-in in their lobby before they finally began to help me fix the problem. Which.. their solution was to make me pay and have me leave... rudely.
Please dont ever give people like this your money or your business. There are plenty of other options in BMT, dont trust these people.

Group of 4 adults and 2 children and we asked to stay in 1 room. Pretty packed, but acceptable. It has hot water, hair dryer, TV, AC. Ask to see many room options and make your choice. Rate offered at the hotel is better. 350,000 VND for a room for 3 people. Every extra pays 50,000 VND more; not including breakfast. I say better not pay for breakfast there. Not many choices.
The place is right at the downtown. Few steps to the night market and Victory Monuments. Find a bus stop and you can hop on to go to Buon Don. 20,000 VND each/way. Or you can rent a taxi and go to Dray Nur/Dray Sap or Buon Don. Mai Linh Taxi has fixed rate, so do not need to worry about being ripped off.
Alert!!! Beware pick pocket at night market. Terrible!!! They are really fast!

I paid: 380.000 Dong at the counter but you 451.000 Dong if you book via Agoda. The rooms are ok, breakfast acceptable, the guy who serves there walked even " high speed". But the rest of the staff loves to play cards and it is not that easy to get food. The police checked the hotel at night time because the hotel didn't register their guests, we were informed. I just wonder that a city like that as the center of coffee trading with an annual turnover of 1 billion USD has that low profile. A reasonable restaurant for dinner was impossible to find
