I don’t understand the 5 star reviews because I just had the worst experience here and I don’t think it was just an isolated incident. They didn’t have the room I booked upon arrival (VIP deluxe) and so they scrambled and said they would find me a different hotel. It was around 10pm, so they couldn’t find one so they put us in one of their tiny standard rooms with a window with a view of the indoors (weird..). We got in the room and it was gross. We don’t have high standards for hotels but there was hair UNDER the blanket (little hairs, ugh), and the shower had a pool of water because there was water leaking. I asked the front desk guy (Mr Linh) to find us a different hotel instead or to cancel our booking altogether. He banged on our door to investigate our complaints. He didn’t seem to think they were a big deal, so he pleaded with us to stay and he would have the vip room ready by 7am. We unhappily complied, but I told him that if it’s not ready by the next morning, we want a full refund. He said yes. The next morning at 9am, it’s a new lady, she said the vip room still had issues and to wait an hour. Then she called and said it won’t be ready till 12pm. I had enough so I told her that we wanted to cancel the entire booking and I want a full refund. The manager Bach, came down and worked with agoda.com (booking agent) to cancel and give me a refund. I waited to make sure I got some kind of confirmation via agoda. Then as I was trying to leave, he told me I needed to pay for the night I stayed. And he said it was 890k vnd. Way more than the VIP room cost, which was 760k vnd (LOL). He said I should pay cash bc agoda wasn’t going to give them any money (no duh). I told him I was not paying for that dirty room when it was their fault. He tried to keep me from leaving. Then I overheard another guest say that he booked two rooms but they didn’t have the rooms he actually paid for (same problem). So I think this place is a total scam and DONT book here, it’s not worth the trouble. There are too many legitimate sounding reviews that say they encountered the exact problem. Insane. I booked a room by booking.com and when i arrived they refused to give me my room They keep me waiting more than one hour and the manager laughed in my face Very unprofessional I had a reservation and i was not able to have a room

My boyfriend and I hadn't booked a hotel and passed by this one which opened this year. We were planning on just staying one night, but the central location and wonderful staff convinced us to stay extra nights. The rooms themselves were clean and having a balcony was nice. It's not the cheapest or most expensive place, but the front desk folks were AMAZING! They helped us book taxis, recommended good places for us to go, and resolved any issues we had. They were always attentive and definitely made our stay exceptional. In terms of location: a few minutes walk will get you to beer street, night market, and the pond. Good eats all around and fresh seafood right outside the hotel!
