We had a great stay at La Siesta. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. Breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family recently stayed at La Siesta, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. A special thank you goes to Linh Pham, whose hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Linh was always responsive, attentive, and quick to assist with every request, from coordinating our airport transfer to ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. Her warmth and dedication reflect the highest standards of customer service. We would also like to thank Linh, Ruby and the rest of the hotel team, who were consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and it was clear that the staff take great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. Housekeeping maintained the room to an excellent standard throughout our stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. Breakfast was outstanding, with an extensive selection of both Vietnamese and international dishes. The quality, freshness, and variety were excellent, and the restaurant staff ensured that every morning started with a warm welcome and attentive service. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurants. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, making every meal a pleasure. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality shown by everyone.
