Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Hanoi, just a walking distance to most of tourist attractions in the area. There's also some of the best noodle houses around, as well as small bazaars and night markets. Room is just average.. do not expect too much. It is like those small inns that I had stayed in HK before. Wifi signal is available, yet they're not that strong and most of the time it is very weak. Breakfast is also inclusive but is very basic and of very limited choices. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But some of them commands a not so good English. Not just once that some things got a bit messed up because of this communication barrier. Overall, if you want to spend just a little time in Hanoi, this place isn't that bad.

The hotel is situated in the central part of Hanoi. If you stay here you can easily walk to most of the tourist attractions. The quality of the room was avarage or a little under that. The main problem here is the tourist desk. They organize different trips in the country. I payed with my credit card and the guy somehow copied all important data from the card. Later on they have stolen all money from the card. I had to report it to my bank and also to the police. Finally I got back the money from the bank but the experience was very unpleasant. So have a close look on your card all the time....and enjoy Hanoi!

This hotel is in the middle of Hanoi and most of the tourist sites are a short walk away. The staff were exceedingly friendly and very helpful,. Their command of the English language was also very good. The buffet breakfast was good but not a lot of choice as the hotel only had about twenty rooms. Do not expect Hilton Luxury as you will not be paying Hilton prices, but you will receive Vietnamese friendly, helpful, hospitality. The aircon in the room worked well, but our shower plumbing could do with some updating: it was a bit Heath-Robinson! Overall about three point eight stars, worth the stay but be open minded.
