The hotel is new and the rooms are excellent. Staff all speak good English and really want to make sure you have a good time. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the magnificent scenery of the national park only 5-10 mins away by taxi. The boat trip up the river was brilliant, a very rare experience to row through caves as you paddle up the river. The view from the hotel on one side is of a cement factory in the distance but don't let that put you off staying at the hotel. The food at the hotel and in the local village was excellent. Highly recommended

I stayed in glance hotel for one night and transferred to charm hotel since they are sister companies and my other friends stayed. I was very satisfied with their service and facilities. This is not 5 stars hotel yet compare to price, it worth more than i paid for. If i ever come back, im willing to stay here again.
