Level Hai Phong

I stayed 1 night in this hotel. It is located in the center of Haiphong city. It has parking at basement. Check in was very smooth. My room quite small, but not clean. I saw a cockroad on the chair. The bathroom was not clean as i expected.

Not worth it , don't get me wrong the most of the staff were great just one block who was not intrested or it seemed, the young ladies were very helpfull sorting ou taxis and things. the room and hotel smelt of old cigarettes and the noise from outside was not a great thing to put up with! don't go if you can help it.

We decided to rest here for one day, en route to Cat Ba. Has nicely refurbished spacious rooms with modern designs if that is your thing. Good selection in their breakfast buffet and average standards for price and 3 star hotel grading. However, the helpfulness and attentativeness of staff (especially with our heavy luggage) gives this an extra point in the review. Would suit someone on business rather than a couple; just make sure your room has good wifi signal!
