Sapa View Hotel

We stayed for 2 days and 1 night as part of our trekking package, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was attentive, with meal reminders, and the food was tasty despite limited options. The hotel boasts spacious rooms, a swimming pool, and stunning mountain views. However, our room had dust and mold, and there was no safe. We were disappointed when the front desk said the pool was closed when I called around 8PM, yet we heard other guests swimming later in the evening. (Around 10PM). With some improvements in cleanliness and this hotel could be excellent!

Stayed only one night here on the 4th Floor. The room was small but adequate. I had a lovely view and believe it or not, 2 balconies. Breakfast however was not quite up to scratch, unless you take the local meals.

Me & my friend stay there for only 1 night but it was enough to enjoy our time in this hotel. Sapa was a shame with full of constructions & dust but the hotel is totally different. Its stays in a great location, good amenities, nice view and the service was impressive. Helpful staffs with a lot of suggestions and well arrangement for our short trip here. Only 1 cons is room soundproof was not so good. We can heard the sound from elevator and the room next door clearly.
