The hotel was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help - a real personal feel from all from the housekeeping department to housekeeping staff. Located in the central of HA NOI capital, it is easy to travel to interesting places in HA NOI.

We stayed 3 nights for honey moon, and hotel staffs are very helpfull and cozy. On the day we arrived, we were very supprised because hotel staffs put a cake with a small bottle of wine in our room. Marvellous, in fact. The hotel has been renovated on december, 2013. Comfortable room with great breakfast. We will be back for sure

The hotel is located in the crowded area of the city, what i really love because i could feel Hanoi life like it has to be, with a few minute to the beautifull lake Ho Tay, or with taxi within 10min to the center. Anyway for a short trip here is strongly recommended. Acceptble price. Comfortable room with greet view to the street. Nice and friendly staff, especially a pretty girl from sale staff who guided me anything needed for our trip. Nice bar with very good coffee. Just awesome. We decided to come back to Vietnam for holiday next year, and already knew we'll spend our time in Hanoi. Thank you and see again!
