You truly cannot beat the location of this hotel, it is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter, making almost everything within walkable distance. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. We encountered a few minor hiccups during our stay, but the team handled them flawlessly. The moment we brought it to their attention, everything was resolved almost instantly and promptly, with genuine grace and pleasant gestures. The entire staff is excellent, incredibly polite, and always smiling. A big thank you to the fantastic reception team and a special shoutout to Chester, whose friendly face and welcoming smile always made our day. They truly know how to take care of their guests!

Beautiful hotel, in a good location near the lake. Excellent views and food at the skyline. Helpful, friendly staff including Don at reception, organising transfers, rickshaws and letting us know about the sights and must sees.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tirant Hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Special mention to Glue at reception who was full of suggestions and keen to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families alike. We love Hanoi.
