This hotel was so awful I made a tripadvisor account just to warn you all. The list of problems I encountered on a two day stay was endless.
First they took my passport and refused to give it back. The room was tiny (which was to be expected given the price), but also horrendously dirty. There were brown stains on the sheets and the pillow, and damp all over the walls. The bed was so hard it gave me backache.
The door to the bathroom was broken and was fixed such that you couldn't open it fully and had to hick around it. The tap was broken so that water only came out of the shower, not the tap, and even that was cold. The bathroom was so small there wasn't actually anywhere to stand to shower, so you have to take the shower head off of the wobbly holder and crouch over the sink.
The walls are paper thin and I was woken up all through the night by other guests and the staff who seems to be up late drinking and playing cards.
The worst thing was the infestation of bugs. They came out overnight, and I woke up the next morning faced with dozens of what looked like flying ants in the room, and even more in the bathroom.
Please don't do yourself the disservice of staying here. Pay the extra couple of dollars and go somewhere significantly better.
