Staff here are absolutely lovely, cant do enough for you. Location is good near enough the bars and restaurants but quiet enough to sleep. Cant really fault it, would definitely use again if I'm ever back in Hanoi.

Overall, we really loved this hotel. We happened to stay in two separate rooms here, as we did an overnight in a different city about halfway through our time in Hanoi. The first room was cramped and chilly. But the second room was spacious and wonderful. Despite being near a busy street, the hotel was always quiet. The location was great...close to several local attractions. Hotel staff were all excellent. Brunch was very good...although would benefit from additional seating. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel twice as part of a tour so I’m not sure of the cost. I suspect it is reasonable. Both times, my room was clean, attractive, comfortable and had toiletries, a hair dryer, kettle, coffee, tea, bottled water, a refrigerator with mini bar, tv, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and it is fresh and adequate with choices for everyone but it’s not lavish. The hotels location in Old Town is very convenient and the staff is wonderful. They are all very friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond their duties to make your stay enjoyable.
