The hotel has a good location with a nice view of the lake. The guest room was modern but a bit small for a 4-star standard. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light. The Chinese restaurant served tasty dim sum, but the menu felt a bit limited. The staff were friendly, though the service was occasionally slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement. I would consider returning, but I might also explore other options.

I had an amazing experience at Hanoi Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The room was spotless, comfortable with romantic view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Overall, I highly recommend.

The location was nice, with a decent view of the lake, which added to the ambiance. My room was modern and comfortable, though it felt a bit small for a 4-star rating. The bed was cozy, and the large windows let in good natural light. I tried the Chinese restaurant, and the dim sum was quite tasty, but I expected a bit more variety on the menu. The steamed shrimp dim sum was good, but some dishes felt average. The staff were friendly, which I appreciated, but there were times when service was a bit slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I think there’s room for improvement in both the dining options and service efficiency. I would consider returning, but I’d look into other options first.
