Hanoi Luxury

We moved here to escape the hussle of the old quarter. The staff are exceptionally helpful and do everything with a smile. They booked our Ha Long Bay trip at a very good price. Also fetched takeaway food for us and served it in room. The place is quite new and everything in good order.

My husband and I moved here from the Hanoi old town in order to get away from the "jungle". We negotiated a good deal for a delux room on the 6th floor with a big balcony and buffet breakfast which could be better included, and this hotel collected us free of charge from the other hotel. I guess they are very keen to build up their business. All the staff are very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Although we are not in the centre old town area, it is still possible to walk there and we are near other places of interests like the Ho Chi Minh Mousoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, other lake and shops... So all things considered this was a good choice.

Bad staffs attitude, cheating in price before check-in and check-out. Bad food choice. Never forget how they treated us and have a bad holiday there! Simply let someone come and knock the door, assuming was looking for us. No safety staying there.
