Army Hotel Hanoi

Nice enough hotel. Good location. Staff seemed very friendly. Breakfast had a big variety but all the “hot” food was cold due to the kids being left up. The worst part was the rock hard mattress and all the hotel could offer was an extra blanket to sleep on.

Extremely rude service, bad attitude, requested some money to use a kettle (that wasn’t included in my room) no tea/coffee and when I went down to ask for hot water, a red dress asked for money to use “bowls”. Basically bad service and dissatisfied and disappointed for such high standard hot.

I love my room. It was very roomy and super clean. It didn't get a chance to soap in the swimming pool although it looked very inviting from my window looking down... Maybe next time. The location is very centralized. I would stay here again. I had a great time staying here.
