Essence Hanoi Hotel

This hotel was the most top notch one I stayed in during my two week trip to Vietnam. The facilities were immaculate, the staff were friendly and appeared to understand and speak English, the bed was comfortable, we appreciated the mini bae with cold waters and Coca Cola, and the breakfast was great! Even though other places may have had bigger buffet breakfasts, the food was quality at Aira, and we appreciated the a la carte options.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, food and service were great. Buffet menu is the same everyday! All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Loved the decor and ambience of the hotel. Great location.
