Hanoi Atlantic Hotel

dont know why this place have so much negaticve review. I stay here for 2 night and it's great. The room was nice and clean with comfy bed. Staff here was so friendly too. Not too helpful, but i can feel the hospitality, haha. Their English not good, but they try their best to help me find the coffe shop i want to go when visit Hanoi

The customer service at this hotel was amazing the hotel staff could not have been more helpful! They made us very welcome, they gave us a map of Hanoi and pointed out all the areas that would be of interest and we managed to visit all tourist points in one day by walking around the city. The hotel was located in the old quarter amongst the Dong Xuan market and was accessable to everthing you would need. You can eat from 22,000VD per person upwards and there are great places to shop and sightsee with the Hoan Kiem lake being a 10minute walk away. The hotel itself is currently being refurbished so you need to prepare for this as they are painting and revamping but for the money you are paying with breakfast included and the awesome location this is a perfect stay and the hotel itself will only get better! You cant top the customer service though from the front desk they will just do everthing they can to make you feel at home and have a great stay! There is free Wifi and also they offer a laundry service for a small price which is great when you are travelling!

I was going to stay the night here because my train tickets were supposed to be there from when I booked it under some delusion I think. I got there after a long time stuck at the airport wanting to just lay down for a second but the dorm room was so cramped that I didn't have anywhere to really put my luggage not to mention that I couldn't lay down in my bunk even though I'm five foot nothing. It was uncomfortable and I couldn't do the night so I asked for my money back and left within five minutes.
