We saw 3 cockroaches and had a fake window (overlooking a wall). It's dirty and doesn't match the pictures.
We were looking for accommodation close to ours in the center of Hanoi. We found this one perfectly located for us. When we arrived we asked her if a room was available, she answers only yes and shows us around. She forgot the keys. We visit the room quickly in the dark which does not disturb us. We pay (18€), we arrive with our things, and we settle down. One realizes that the bedroom has no window; there is a window that cannot open and that overlooks a wall. Given the price, we agreed without a pb.
We go straight for a walk, and when we come back 3 hours later, we see a cockroach on the wall, another running between the window and the night, and another near the office. No one cares, it must be normal.
The owner had no empathy and wouldn't refund us the full amount, while we just left our belongings 3 hours in the room and asked nicely to leave.
It's more like a scam.

Photos are fake and don't believe the reviews, outdated and rundown hotel. Although a budget hotel, it is very damp, dusty and mouldy. Consider this only if you are desperate. It is a good location and it's a shame that they simply can't touch up the hotel.

Great location, comfy bed, and nice and friendly staff. We paid for a wash which was cheap, fast and nicely folded and packaged.
The door was very awkward to lock and fiddly. Hotels a bit run down and could do with decorating. Room and bathroom were dusty and dirty, had damp and could do with a window for some air flow.
Also, maps sent us to the wrong place, it was a further 5 minute walk away, which wasn’t great with heavy bags. It’s down an alley, which gets very busy with bikes so be aware.
