Hanoi Rose Hotel

When I Arrive, the manager tell me that my reservation from Expedia does not exit. I Pay another (in the morning next, I contact the operator and then the hotel refund me). The room was horrible, badly clean, it smelled bad, the AC did not work, the toillet was clogged, nobody speak english, the employee at night sleeps there on a bed on the floor, turn of the electricity in the room, In My first day the breakfast was an eeg with two mini breads, in the second day, there not was breakfast. I ansk if if they could print my boarding pass, the answer was: "not can". Well, this is a bad place, run by bad manager and bad emplyees. It's a dump, which should be expelled from the operators and closed by the authorityes.

Stayed here 2 nights on vacation. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, beds were firm but comfortable. Very good value for money. Good breakfast of eggs and coffee and bread included. Would stay here again.

Got relocated here from another hotel due to some issues with my room. I think I have never been in a worst place ever! The room had mould on the wall and there was a persistent and strong smell of sewer. The day after we woke up early to leave the room as quickly as possible.
