Nicest room of the entire 14 nights trip. Great location. Great room amenities. Pleasant staff. Problem is breakfast. CROWDS UP THE KAZOO. A real war zone. Food mediocre and scarce. A shame as I really liked our room.

hotel was ok & clean, but we got the small room without window, breakfast is included when you booking through agora.com; the staff here help me to book halong bay tour, but you should check outside shop, you may find a better deal!
